The Homer City volunteer fire department serves Homer City borough and Center Township. They are a fully equipped fire company consisting of: 2 engines, 1 rescue truck and a brush truck. There are currently 25 active volunteer members. To help offset the cost of equipment, training and other bills,
the fire company holds Bingo every Saturday night. The doors
open at 5:00 p.m. and Early bird starts at 6:45 p.m.
