ORDINANCE 425
CURFEW HOURS FOR MINORS:
10:00pm until 5:00am on any Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
11:00pm until 5:00am on any Friday or Saturday
A minor commits an offense if the minor remains in any public place or on the premises of any establishment within the borough during curfew hours.
Also, a parent/legal guardian of the minor commits an offense if they knowingly permit, or by insufficient control allows,
the minor to remain in any public place or on the premises of any establishment within the borough during curfew hours.
The owner/operator or any employee of an establishment in the borough commits an offense if they knowingly allow a minor
to remain upon the premises of the establishment during curfew hours.
ANY MINOR WHO HAS RECEIVED TWO WRITTEN WARNINGS FOR VIOLATING THE CURFEW WILL RESULT IN
THE PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN BEING FINED UP TO $500

ORDINANCE 483
GRASS AND/OR OTHER DEBRIS PROHIBITED FROM BEING PLACED ON TO THE BOROUGH STREETS:
Grass and other debris causes problems with regard to the storm water management system.
Any person found in violation of placing grass, leaves, shrubbery, tree limbs and or branches on to any street,
will be issued a citation and pay a fine in the amount of $50 for the first offense and $100 for a second or subsequent offense.
